It all began in 1980, when Brad, starting as an independent construction worker without a contractor's license, laid the groundwork for what would become BC & B. His journey from solo projects to obtaining his license and eventually incorporating marks the true inception of our enduring legacy in construction. This drive and dedication were inherited, as both he and his life and business partner came from lineages steeped in the construction trade. Notably, our great-grandfather on the Moyer side owned a marble factory in the Wildomar/Lake Elsinore area, embedding a rich history of craftsmanship and industry in our DNA.

Our formal founding in 1999 in San Diego was not just the beginning of a company but the continuation of a generational saga in construction, one that has grown to become a key player in the region's market.
